SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard processing time for pre-orders is 4–6 weeks (business days counted) to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 08:00 PM Singapore time may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.
We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Amending a Shipping Address
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided with your tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse.
Global Shipping Options and Costs
Alphons offers Free standard ground shipping for all full-price /pre-orders shipping worldwide.
Pre-orders take 4–6 weeks (business days counted) to arrive once they leave our distribution and fulfillment center.
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping Options and Customs
Alphons offers free express courier shipping (air) for all full-price pre-orders worldwide. Shipping methods cannot be changed.
Please allow 4–5 business days for international orders to be processed.
For international pre-orders, we guarantee no additional charges upon delivery.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender / Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Alphons at the customer’s expense for reshipping.
Failure to pick up the package will result in it being returned to Alphons at the customer’s expense, unless an exceptional arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
International customers who refuse delivery will be charged for return shipping, duties, and taxes — this amount will be deducted from the refund total.
Packages held in customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon packages forfeit any right to an exchange or refund.
Damaged / Opened Box
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take a photo before checking the contents inside and submit a claim with the shipping courier.
